From critical patient to founder

A few years ago, I was a critically ill patient.

In Canada, I lost count of my visits to the emergency room. Thirty percent of my liver was severely damaged. I was living with diabetes and heart problems, and the extra weight I had gained left me on a waiting list for knee replacement surgery. My days were spent between pain and waiting.

I returned to China to seek care. Working with specialist medical teams, I went through systematic treatment and long-term recovery.

Today, I am 62. My health markers are back within normal ranges, and I have found balance again in body, mind and spirit. I went from a person trapped by illness to a person back in charge of her own life.

This is my personal experience and does not represent typical results. Every person is different, and any treatment decision should follow a qualified physician's assessment.

Why I built a private health office

Having walked this path myself, I know what a patient needs when seeking care across borders: reliable information, doctors you can trust, and someone beside you at every decision.

We represent you, never the hospital. We take no hospital commissions. Every recommendation we make has one purpose: what is best for you.

I have lived in Canada for 30 years and navigated Western healthcare as a patient. In China, through our formal partnership with the Lin-gang Cross-border Medical Service Center, we have a dedicated priority channel to leading Grade 3A hospitals and senior specialists, including academician-level experts where clinically appropriate.

We work like a private office: by introduction or consultation, with a dedicated point of contact, confidentiality, and one team coordinating from assessment and treatment through on-site support and long-term follow-up after you return home.

I am responsible for confirming the scope of service, following up on key matters and communicating with the client or their authorized family representative. Clinical decisions always rest with the licensed medical professionals the client chooses.
