Private Medical Concierge for Care in China

Star Matrix Health's private medical concierge service gives you one dedicated point of contact for medical care in China. From Toronto, Ontario, we coordinate specialist access, second opinions, records and translation, travel, on-site accompaniment and follow-up after you return home. We are not a hospital or clinic, and we take no hospital commissions.

The service can include one point of contact from first call to follow-up; specialist access confirmed case by case; second opinion and multidisciplinary review coordination; records organization, translation and appointment preparation; travel, interpretation and local transport arrangements; on-site accompaniment during key appointments; and follow-up coordination after you return.

In Shanghai, we cooperate with local partners in the Lingang Special Area cross-border medical service network. In Boao Lecheng, Hainan, we work with local partners; our partner hospital there is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. Network members are independently owned; Star Matrix Health is not affiliated with Mayo Clinic.

Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and shared with medical providers only with your consent. Family members can join each step. Their accommodation, meals and travel are not included; we can help arrange them at the client's own cost.
