How is a concierge service paid?
A coordination service may charge professional fees for agreed work, while medical providers bill separately for clinical services. Ask for the scope, fee basis, payment timing, cancellation terms and any exclusions in writing before work begins. Star Matrix Health takes no hospital commissions.
What may a coordination fee cover?
Depending on the agreed scope, coordination can include organizing records, translation arrangements, specialist communication, appointment planning, travel logistics and follow-up. Confirm which tasks are included and which third-party costs are paid separately.
What do I pay the hospital?
Medical charges are determined and billed by the provider. Ask the institution for its current fees, accepted payment methods, refund terms and itemized receipts. We do not set provider charges.
